Jo qualified with a Honors degree in Physiotherapy from King College London University in 1995.

Jo is registered with the HCPC to practice within the U.K. and is a Chartered Physiotherapist as a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Jo has over 25 years experience in rehabilitation both within the NHS and Private sectors.

Jo is extremely passionate about rehabilitation and optimising each and every individuals potential for recovery.
​
Jo has worked in numerous teaching hospitals in London including St Georges and Kings College, in sports clinics in Australia, in a number of private hospitals in Surrey and London treating neurological, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions and started her own practice in Sept 2015.
Jo has worked more locally at Nevill Hall Hospital on the Stroke unit and at County Hospital Pontypool in Neuro outpatients, in Hydrotherapy and on orthopaedic rehabilitation wards.
Jo worked at Mardy Park resource centre providing orthopaedic, neurological, musculoskeletal and community rehabilitation within the integrated care team.
Jo is a specialist in Neurological rehabilitation treating all forms of neurological conditions. She is currently working part time at Brecon War Memorial hospital on the Stroke and rehabilitation unit.
