Jo has been working with me for 3 months, helping me through a couple of long term sports injuries. She has been methodical, inventive and thorough in providing a rehabilitation programme and treatments which have resulted in significant improvements in my condition and virtually eliminated the pain I was experiencing. I would highly recommend her.

I have suffered from back pain caused by scoliosis for many years and have had treatment from many doctors and physiotherapist over the nearly 40 years. Jo gave me a very thorough examination, she asked all the right questions about my recent pain that made sense to me. Her replies were clear and concise and easily understood. She told me what was causing the pain and gave me some exercises to hopefully improve my condition. After only two days of exercises I noticed that the pain diminished and has continued to improve, so that today I was able to do a morning’s gardening, and I’m sure it will continue to improve. I have no hesitation in recommending rehabphysio and giving Jo 5 stars.
Jo responded quickly to my request for treatment and advice re a knee injury. We made an appointment for her to come to my house for the session and I received effective treatment within 48 hours. Jo has a professional manner but sets one at ease. I had 3 sessions in all. The exercise regime for my knee – backed up by written instructions – was easy to follow and made a difference. Jo’s fees are very competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
